I booked the tour for my wife and myself. When I booked the tour I got a WhatsApp message from Binh saying that it will cost VND 500,000 per person. While I did not have an issue paying the money, I did send him a message saying that his tour was listed as a free tour on the website. From that moment on it appears that he had blocked me on WhatsApp and he did not answer any of my calls (or message on the website). He didn’t turn up to pick my wife and me for the tour either. There was no communication from him or the website. It was quite disappointing honestly. Like I said, I didn’t mind paying the money but It appears that his policy is that no one should ask any questions and we have to pay him what he demands. I do not believe that’s the concept of a “free” tour.

Dear Our Guests, We just got this review from a guest named Ayush, this review should not have been published because this guest did not participate in our experience and use our services at all As We write in our description this SCOOTER tour is not like the WALKING tour. The RENTED SCOOTER FEE is 8$ = 200 000 VND, you will pay it after the tour, not including TIPS for us. But with this option, you have to ride the scooter by yourself. It is not safe to ride a scooter in this crazy traffic if you don't have experience, and no motorbike license as well. So you can not ride the scooter yourself, so we offer you to choose the other option is 500 000 VND including the driver and scooter fee, fuels, and helmets, and everything. So you considered it was quite expensive and asked for a free tour. So I said you could choose the walking tour instead of the scooter which is cheaper. You hesitated, and you decided at the last minute, how we could manage the scooter for you in time as well as the tour needs at least 5 people, but that night there were only 2 of you. We could not conduct the tour for you anyway. Can you please help me to check and remove this review? It has affected our business a lot. Very disappointing the guru recommended later times "hoping" to meet the tour minimum but I wanted a commitment. We chatted about this four six hours. I'm very disappointed.

This is review shouldn’t have published because you did not participate in the tour. You have lost nothing to complain about and rated this experience a 1-star review. Because you booked the morning slot at 9:00 am, there was only you, and the tour needs at least 5 people to conduct. Afterward, I asked you to reschedule for the afternoon slot, but you denied it and said you did not want to do the afternoon because of your private business. Last, You rated us a 1-star review which was very unreasonable. YOU SHOULD NOT BE WELCOME BY OTHER GURUS IN THE FUTURE.
