Free food tour of the Monti district

Unfortunately we left Bruno's tour after the first stop. Bruno provided no context to the foods he listed to visit during the tour and the singular stop we went to was of low quality. We had joined the tour hoping to learn about Italian food and culture but felt as if we were taken to a tourist trap. Bruno's lack of enthusiasm in giving the tour sealed our decision to leave after the first stop.

Really surprised to read your review. How can you judge the tour at first stop? Forno da milvio, one of the oldest "tavola calda" in Monti district where all the locals go, a tourist trap?! Regards
