It was difficult to understand the guide due to a very thick English accent and being a fast talker. Also, in the first half of the tour, he took us to 2 really uninteresting places (1 coffee place and a souvenir shop) where we were had stops of 10-15 minutes each and were incentivized to consume by the guide. We had to leave the tour as we felt disrespected with our time.
Very disappointed, I was informed the tour was cancelled because the guide had another tour in a different place just a few hours before the time of the tour on my last day in Vietnam so I didn’t have time to book another one.
Response from GuruBetiana booked for my 25th Dec walking tour (she originally booked for the 23rd Dec schedule, then modified to 25th Dec schedule), however as I had an urgent issue which led to my cancellation (I texted every walker and advised them to book for another tours on GuruWalk, then I canceled this event 20 hours prior to the actual tour) Therefore the 25 Dec schedule was cancelled, and Betiana was not taken part in that tour. When I noticed Betiana's review lived on evening 24th Dec, I checked back on GuruWalk and could see 4 another tours available with almost similar schedules (1 in Spanish, 3 in English - I took a screenshot for reference). So this her review is totally subjective and invalid.
