We were only one day with a cruise in Bergen so our schedule was full for the less time we had. The Tour guide did not Show up with any notice. One our after the start of the Tour we got a message that we can join the nett one 2h later. This all in all was not satisfactory as we booked 3 weeks in advance and we only had 8h in Bergen.

Florian we are really sorry for that day. We would like you to understand this is not the representation of how we do business and hope you find it in your hart to forgive us. Our guide was going trough some family issues and tought the tour was at 10:15 rather then 12:15. Next time you are in Bergen you can join one of our tours for free, literally. We traveled for 24 hrs with 6 hour time zone change and my guru changed time to make tour 2 hrs earlier than scheduled at last minute. Not happy at all.
