The walk was cancelled/rescheduled 15 minutes before the start. That was totally unprofessional.

We share with you the disappointment that you felt, but what happened was out of hands, the guide did not arrive due to a traffic accident that cut off the road for about an hour, We had no choice but to reschedule the reservation to 6:30Pm, instead of 03:00Pm. Shab should share the information more objectively and adapt to the crowd if he sees that they are not feeling his way of story-telling and interaction. We visited nice and interesting places but hyping this tour up to be “suited for history fans” made it a big disappointment. We were hoping for a cool and informative tour but it felt more like a bad theatre act.

Nunca lo encontramos al guía. No estuvo en el lugar a la hora prevista. No pudimos hacer el tour.

Hola Gabriel buenas tardes, gracias por comentar pero el guía si estuvo en la hora y lugar previsto ya que ese día si se ofreció tour e incluso tenemos los emails donde te enviamos los teléfonos de contacto y los datos GPS de cómo llegar, tambien tenemos el email que se te escribió 5 minutos antes indicándote que eras el que faltaba para el tour (en los emails de contacto te habíamos dejado el GPS, el número de teléfono directo del guía y el email). Saludos
