Mysteries and Legends of Paris Tour by Walkative!

Eva, in this tour met us at the fountain of Fontaine Saint-Michel. Michael the angel is depicted conquering Satan. One of her first comments was to notice how beautiful Satan looked. Should have been my first clue. We heard about alchemy, magick, demons inhabiting animals, celtic paganism. etc, etc. Very dark and plenty of spiritual warfare. On and on it went. Final straw was in the shadow of the Notre Dame Cathedral she demonstrated how "Satans" presence was invoked in ceremonial gathering chants and then mimicked the slashing of her palm and coerced and badgered the individuals in our group to shake her hand. Signifying how a pact had been made with the devil. Yes this seriously happened. Needless to say we did not finish the tour Beware, not for the faithful. I was unprepared for anything like this. Clearly not in the description.

Very poor, that the tour guide didn't run the tour, as there were only the 4 of us waiting at the meeting point, beforehand. He gave up at 6.29pm, and did not hold on, to see if others booked on tour arrived late( considering it is tourists going on these tours, then a bit of leeway should be given, incase people are late finding destination, busy metro etc). Also poor that they would turn down the payment that the 4 of us would have made ( as they would only run if a bigger group turned up), and therefore received no payment at all. Was told this was typical at low season - if this is the case, then don't advertise a tour, and let people down. We missed out on another activitiy beforehand, due to waiting for this tour, to make sure we were there in plenty of time.

Meine Schwester und ich waren sehr pünktlich bei dem angegeben Treffpunkt und konnten dort nirgendwo einen Guide ausmachen. Es war niemand mit einem gelben Regenschirm zu sehen, so wie es angegeben war. Wir waren sowohl bei den angegeben Koordinaten, als auch bei den allen Ausgängen der Metro Station. Um ca.18:45 Uhr sind wir dann zur Notre Dame gegangen weil wir hofften dort eventuell den Guide anzutreffen. Dies war jedoch nicht der Fall weshalb wir dann etwas anderes gemacht haben.
