I can understand that it’s difficult with just one person booking the tour. But informing well in advance that the tour will not go ahead is what I would have expected, instead of informing me at the very last moment.

Well I was so disappointed. Was excited to find this walking tour for the later afternoon when I arrived but was a no show for a tour guide. I had read some negative reviews like this but took a chance hoping!! Well seems like the reviews are right. Please avoid this company!!

We were totally blindsighted. Guide walked us straight through Red Light District. We had children with us! It's one thing to talk about it but another to experience it. The guide should have offered guests an alternate route to meet back up with the group. "Go down this parallel street and meet the group by the church in 5 minutes!" Epic fail!

Hi Ariane! Thank you for your review, I take each of them with great consideration. Although let me show you my point of view. The RLD is mentioned on my tour description. When you come with children ( that not every guide usually accepts), you could have had a word with me before. It seems a bit harsh a 1 star review when you could have told me after that you didn’t appreciate. The RDL is part of the city of Amsterdam and it’s a bit difficult to ignore it. Wish all the best and one again, ill take it in consideration.

Fernando marked that we didn’t attend the walking tour. We definitely went and our first question was if we could stop at an ATM to tip him because we take his job seriously. He told us we could tip him directly with our cards. Everything started just fine even though I thought he was either nervous or on something. He just paced back and forth and spoke extremely fast. He got mad the first time when I yawned just because I was tired from our flight, he asked me if he was boring me. Later a couple from the group got lost for about 5 minutes and before they came back he lashed out at the group about how tired he was and how people have no respect and consideration for his job. Meanwhile we we’re taking pictures and translating because he speaks really fast, he called us out like he was our teacher and told us we weren’t there to take pictures. ( what are you supposed to do as tourist on a Walking tour? ) we were even patient enough to tell him that we understood that he was frustrated because of the couple that got lost but he didn’t have to yell at us or be upset at us. He went into saying that we didn’t understand anything and that we were being disrespectful. At this point I lost it and decided to leave, I didn’t like his energy since the beginning but I stayed because of my group, before we left the lost couple showed up, they just didn’t know how many things he called them before in front of the whole group. Very unprofessional and upsetting, he lost his tip that day! But honestly not the type of job for him

Hi Natalia! First I would like to point that most people that have left a review about my tours, disagrees with you. I find it interesting how you showed your point about my tour. Let me show you mine: first you arrived late to my tour and second you spent most of the tour talking while other people were trying to listen, but unfortunately you were so oblivious that you even didn’t take any one else in consideration; you told me that I had a bad energy or that I was even under the influence of substances. How rude can you be to affect my work by saying these things. We usually say that no one born knowing things, but silly is the one that doesn’t want to learn something new. This was exactly what happened. I’m sorry if you didn’t like my tour but your arrogance ended up being in the middle of my performance. I wish you all the best but as you can imagine I’m gonna ask the platform to remove your review. Hopefully you will see my point and learn something from it. Regards
