Santiago Center: A journey through the history of Chile

I went to the meeting and no one was there, I just had internet when I got back to my hotel I had a message that said that I should look for a guy with a "bandana" around his neck, what's that! How am I supposed to find a guy with a bandana in the middle of a crowded square, no sign, nothing recognizable, seriously?

The worst experience I've ever suffered, I was robbed in a horrible way in broad daylight just few meters away from the meeting point. I am shocked, they ripped one of my earrings out of my ears while I was arriving at the square, I can't understand how this guide decides to risk this way tourists who have no idea that Santiago's main square is the most dangerous place in town, ABSOLUT NEGLECT!!!
