Another client and I booked the tour that morning with a 10 am start, and we received confirmations. At 10:30 Ritesh informed us that he was out of town and therefore the tour would not happen.

First, your booking was made at the last minute, and I had informed you earlier that I have been unwell for the past few days, which has resulted in health issues preventing me from being able to conduct the tour. Additionally, I did offer an alternative to reschedule the tour for the next morning at the same time, but I understand that due to your tight schedule, that wasn't possible.
