The tour was cancelled last minute as only 4 people showed up, and the tour guide felt there were not enough people for him to make money, and cancelled the tour.

The trip was canceled twice for my family, it was not responsible to offer a tour , The weather is cold a family that make the effects to reach the tour and then it canceled, you can not offers tour !!! It is not recommended!!!

Dear ורד, I wrote you by SMS yesterday already. Again, the tour was at 6:00 pm. You called me at 6:18 pm to tell me that you were “almost there”. It is unfortunate you couldn’t do the tour, but my responsibility was met. That was to be there on time. It is not my fault you were 18 minutes late and did not call me ahead of time to let me know you were coming. Therefore, it is impossible for me to know that you were gonna be there or not. I understand your frustration. However, it is unfair that you’d rather give me a negative rating instead of assuming your responsibility which was to be there on time. Or at least letting me know I’m advance. Sincerely, Sebastian

The sign in states that "4 people is required for the tour" there were 6 people on location at 6:05. Yet, Sebastian cancelled the tour anyways.
