    The guide didn't show up

    Unfortunately the tour guide was sick, so didn’t show up for the tour. That’s totally understandable, but I received no message informing me that this was the case before leaving to get to the meeting point. This meant we wasted a lot of time in the morning and had very little time to find and book another tour (not through guru walks). Some communication that the tour was not going to go ahead would have been better!

    I am sorry for the bad experience but unfortunately it was a last minute situation, therefore impossible to communicate the walkers. We only got the information from the guide a few minutes before the tour time. Guruwalk website is not related to the ploblem.
