Don’t even consider this one. As other people have said, the guide did not bother to respond and did not turn up at the meeting point. Obviously could not be bothered

Do NOT sign up for this tour. Because i had read that the guide had not shown up for a previous tour, I reached out after our Cocktail Tour of Madrid was confirmed to say how excited we were to take it but never heard from him. Checked before leaving for the tour to make sure I hadn’t received a message from the guide., which I hadn’t. Arrived at the designated meeting point ten minutes early as instructed. Waited the ten minutes and then another 30 before leaving. Tried contacting the guide 15 minutes after the start time to see if he was coming but received no response. Only time I ever had a bad experience on a GuruWalks tour. Only good point was that I hadn’t paid ahead.

Guru didn’t show up, didn’t cancel our booking, nor did he respond to message sent to him! Very disappointed with this service particularly as patrons are asked to communicate any changes/cancellations prior to the tour, one would at minimum expect the guru to do the same !!!

Hi Elaine, I'm very sorry about the tour. I completely miss that one out. So no excuse. Thanks for your honest review because that will make me double check the events and get better at what I do. My sincere apologies again.
