The tour was planned for 10:00 . When I got there there was no guide . They did not message to cancel which was annoying

We arrived quite early and waited at their office. The guru came a bit late and asked us to wait. Meanwhile we decided to book a tour for the next day while waiting. The guru started the tour and left without even informing us (we were sitting right there). We tried to catch up but they had already left. Also, I must point out that the tour claimed to be of 3 hours but instead it was only 1 hour (guru informed us when we met him). This feels like a way of inviting people to the tour office to book tours on payment instead of the free walking tour

Even if it's a free tour, the guest expects the person he signed up for to turn up. Arif (shown as pro and that's why we selected this tour) handed over the tour to someone who was clearly new. Shahi was nice but didn't have nuances of the place. Halfway through the tour he made everyone fill in TripAdvisor reviews. Most unprofessional on both counts. As it wasted our time. We would be tipping anyways so while it's a free tour it's with amount not fixed up front
