Unbeatable Free Tour of San José with the City Striders

I turned up at the meeting point and waited for 20 minutes. I messaged the guide who then informed me that they cancelled the tour due to lack of numbers. No notification was given prior and they wasted a good chunk of my time. Very unprofessional.

The City Striders guide canceled the tour on the day it was scheduled. I took a tour with a different company.

As David informed you (which we have the screen captures to prove) the rest of the reserved spots for the tour were cancelled close to the operating time. According to our policies (as you can see in the tour page, and we also have screen capture of) we cannot operate the tour with less than 4 people, and you were the only one reserved for this afternoon. Actually, David recommended you an alternative option with a fellow Guru, so you didn't miss the chance to see our city... Again we are really sorry, but this was out of our control. There's nothing we love more than showing our hometown to the visitors, and we get really sad when something like this happens. We hope you enjoyed our colleague's tour. Bye and have a good one!
