    We were at the meeting place 10 minutes prior to the tour (ie 9.50) and waited 20 minutes. The guide never showed up.

    The tour was cancelled 36 hours before we were due to start after booking months in advance and without a chance to book a replacement that met our requirements due to the short notice. Very disappointing.
