El guru llegó una hora tarde, si no es porque nosotros preguntamos donde estaba no nos informa del atraso, se entienden los imprevistos pero se agradecería avisar para poder organizarnos (Perdió su bus a Catania desde Taormina)

This is unfair! You did the reservation 3 times ... and 3 times you did not come! 1 star for you as a client. You know i earn for my family ... i am not joking and a cluent taking the reservation and not coming for me is a big lost. I need to work and need to adjust sometime the meeting points ...
