Catania Historic Center Tour

We booked Saturday tour at 1530 and it was canceled/ reschedule for today but our flight left early on Sunday morning so we could not go and we’re not asked to reschedule to Sunday anyway

We arrived there at the same time. Although this was a free walking tour, we were asked for a fee of 10 euros per person and this was at the beginning of the tour. So we left the tour of our own accord.

Very rude guide, didn’t have time for questions and threatening us at the end

Total fiasco, the guide never showed up, even though he had my Phone number. Did not call. Total disaster

How fun, there were 25 people in the group...cannot understand how just you did not find the meeting point

Estimada señora, en caso de cancelación del tour, en ocasiones por no haber alcanzado el número mínimo de participantes, las comunicaciones siempre llegan con antelación. Simplemente consulte en la plataforma. Si no los lees no es nuestro problema. Lo sentimos pero debes tener más cuidado.
