I am really sorry Sven for the inconvenience, but I got sick and wasn’t feeling well. For the record, I let you know about the cancellation 24h before, offered you two alternative tours to take, sent you my list of recommendations, gave you my private contact in case you have any questions, so I think I did what I could. I am an independent guide, not part of any major tour company so there’s usually no one to cover for me. Do you really expect me to do a tour while being sick? As I see you do. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused once again. Happy New Year!

The guru had an emergency. As a result took the tour with Rob. He was excellent. However we were over 40 in the tour. This is far too BIG a grp

Thank you for your review Mariam, and I am really sorry for the inconvenience! It is true, I had an emergency and had to cancel the tour. However I offered you several alternatives, not to mention you had the option to look for other tours yourself on Guruwalk. You followed my recommendation and I am glad you enjoyed my friend’s tour (Rob’s), except for the group size. Therefore I honestly think it’s quite unfair to leave a 1-star review for my tour that you didn’t even take! Hope to make it up to you and take you on a tour some other time. All the best!
