Tour of Florence with entrance to Palazzo Vecchio

The guide didn’t show up, not response to message. I tentatively choose a guide who can speak mandarin so that my old dad could have better understanding the culture of florence. Frankly it just ruined our stay in Florence. From the review, this is not the first time for the guide not showing up. I don’t understand why guru still allowing this guide to continue allow her to work in guru…..even continuously with review like that.

She never showed up, nor responded to my messages. Waste of time

she just didn´t show up. She had sent a message 1h before, but the tour wasn´t cancelled in the platform, so that we waited for her and our plans for the day were screwed up. According to the comments these is an usual procedure for her. Don´t book

I do understand that it may not be profitable a tour with only 2 guests. But cancelling 20 minutes prior it starting when I was already in the designated spot was very unprofessional. We are tourists some of us with limited time and tours already scheduled… very upset!
