    The tour didn’t happen. I have received an email with confirmation on my tour date, so I came to the spot, paid money for the elevator just to find out, that nothing is waiting for us. I wrote on WhatsApp to guide - no response. While walking around, waiting for the guide, I found couple who should have joined the tour. So it was at least 3 of us who didn’t receive any cancellation, no notification whatsoever. I am really disappointed, since I had to pay money for the elevator and didn’t get the chance to walk around.
