Spanish Civil War: The Battle for Madrid

Will had no will to show up nor to communicate with us that he was not coming. We wasted half an hour of our trip in the cold, texting him and trying to call him, with no reply, before giving up and leaving.

After we received an auto message on the day before the tour to be punctual, the guide himself did not show up. That's a joke! We and other participants were trying to reach him via texting and calling, but he didn't reply for a long time until a lot of our time was wasted waiting for him and we left. Later he apologized saying he overslept... The tour was at 11 am! If he likes to party, then maybe he shouldn't schedule tours the very next day.

My deepest apologies once again for not making it to the meeting point that day. I do indeed like to party, but I also take the expectations of my guests very seriously as this tour is both my passion project and my main form of income. I was mortified by this mistake I made, which is nowhere near my usual standards. If you ever return to Madrid and are willing to give me a second chance then you'll receive the five star experience that I have proudly given the majority of my other guests.
