If they canceled 3 out of 4 tours it's not our fault. We deleted one for you and warned you with several messages. If you don't read them it's normal for these things to happen to you

Hi Anna I'm sorry you didn't like the tour you did with us. It probably wasn't what you expected. I believe that if you had read the description before booking you would not have even participated and it would have been better for everyone!
