Hello Natalia, we are very sorry you didn't enjoy our tour. Our first stops are mostly about history, and then we add information on culture, recommendations, and fun facts. You left our tour before 10:50 a.m. just 30 minutes after the tour started. We are very sorry you didn't take the chance to fully develop the tour to give an appropriate opinion about our work. We didn’t enjoy the tour. The group was close to thirty people, which is was too many people. The information given was not so interesting ans felt a bit robotic. As we were about thirty people, it is impossible to move in the city without disturbing people around, especially since the streets are little and crowded. Nexperience seems to have completely invaded the city, we saw two others groups having a tour on the same time as us, which caused disturbances because all guides have a microphone. It was far from an authentic experience.

Hello Alienor! This day we had 2 different groups in English, one with 23 people, the other with 15 people. If we knew you were feeling this way we would change you to the smaller group. We cannot control the people's affluence in the city, however, we try every time to divide the groups when necessary and we also have a staff that goes with each group. We try our best in every way to provide you with a very good experience. We will take into account your comments to adjust what we can to improve your time with us!

Huge group. Too many people. Started late. Way too many historical dates at the expense of interest. Disappointing.
