I was unaware that a cancellation notification would be made by What's App. The only medium I was checking was email since that is how I received my notification. This cancellation impacted my plans since I did not learn about it until I reached the meeting point and even then the guide did not notify me until 5:30, he initially stated I would join another group.

The English tour guide did not show up at the meeting point. Apparently the tour was cancelled due to insufficient number but I never received any notification. I even received a reminder email to attend tour on the same morning. Xtreme Tours is absolutely unreliable and amateurish. Never again.

I came there on time for the English tour. They said it’s going to start in 10 minutes, then they say after ten minutes we don’t know who is giving the English tour and pointed at each other. So in the end no tour and a lot of frustration
