Essential Madrid: Discover the old town

We were transferred to Sandeman Free Tour without prior knowledge. We were just told that the start location changed. Out of all the free tours, it was the one we definitely did not want as it focused on topics we were not interested in. We had chosen this tour because we preferred the route and the description and we felt we lost our time as we could have booked another tour if we knew the tour changed completely

Estuve 30 min antes y nunca nadie con paraguas apareció, ni siquiera contestaron los mensajes, me dio una vergüenza pues invite a alguien para hacer el tour en ingles h nunca aparecieron. La peor experiencia de este guruwalk nunca me pasó esto.

In the morning I was asked to confirm, which I did. I reached the meeting point at 1357 & waited for 10 mins - No one was there. Before leaving I contacted the guide but call denied. At 1430 guide sends me message to cancel tour since I didn't show up ?? Joke

Hello Anil, the guide was there at 1:45 holding the umbrella waiting for the group. Claiming that no one was there is not the truth since the rest of the group found him. The guide then gave 5 more minutes for latecomers and started a 05. He stayed at the starting point for the entire first stop of the tour (about 15 more minutes). The group left the square then. We are sorry that you were the only people that didn't find him. The rest of the group loved the tour, as always.

Hola Laura. No fuiste al tour. Eres la única persona que no contestó a los mensajes que os enviamos a todos y la también la única que no confirmó su asistencia. Todas las demás personas disfrutaron del tour y han valorado muy bien el tour que has decidido puntuar mal de forma injusta sin haber asistido. Un saludo.
