    The tour guide met us at the meeting point and checked us in in her system. She then announced that the trip is canceled. This tour never happened. I had asked for a confirmation on the group chat 2-3 hours before the tour time, and they confirmed that tour is being organized. This was such a disappointment! ITAKA tour guides lie, don’t trust them!
