Hi Gloria! We are really sorry to read that you didn't like the contents of our Southern Tour! Our guides always try their best to accomplish the requests of our guests and they are always happy to answer all the questions! If you wanted to know more about the history of Venice and its origins you should have taken the Northern tour where we talk about those topics! All the topics covered during this tour such as Peggy Guggenheim and the cursed building of Ca' Dario are listed in the tour description, so we are really sorry to hear that you expected something else from this tour and gave us such a bad review that will penalize the efforts of all our guides!

Our guru didn't come at the meeting point (at 10 am). We were Waiting for 30 minutes.

I’m sorry Aleksandra but this never happened and you were probably late or at the wrong location. Just for the future, it would be better to contact us (instead of writing such a review which won’t solve anything) if you are not able to find the guide, so we will help you out!

De gids praatte veel maar vertelde weinig. De tekst die ze had was ook in een klaslokaal prima geweest. Geschiedenis, wijze van bouwen en duurzaam toerisme, waar zij als bedrijf natuurlijk erg goed in waren. Ze vertelde ook over de straatnamen. Alles werd met veel woorden vertelt en nog drie maal herhaald.
