Arrived 20 min. early & waited 15 min past... Guru never showed up!!! Did not text or WhatsApp us either!

The tour did run as scheduled, and we had a group of eight guests with us. Our meeting point was right outside Exit B of Jalan Besar MRT Station, where our guide was present to greet participants. It’s possible that there may have been a misunderstanding about the exact meeting location, and we sincerely apologize if this caused any confusion. To clarify for future guests, our tours run rain or shine, and our guides are always at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before the tour starts. We also encourage guests to contact us via Guruwalk messaging if they face any difficulties finding us—we’re happy to help in real time. Once again, we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused you, and we hope you’ll consider joining us on another tour in the future so we can provide you with the positive experience we strive for. We would not recommend the guy we attended. It was full of uninteresting information

On every Little India tour, we strive to showcase colourful elements that make it unique as a neighbourhood — its origin story, communities that have called it home, diverse (and sometimes unexpected) places of worship, tasty foods and more, while also going beyond the surface to explore how the neighbourhood has evolved and what issues affect it in the present day. I’m sorry you felt this was not achieved today. Nevertheless, I appreciate the time you spent with us on the first half of our tour till Tekka Market. 5 of us waited at the pick up area and the guide didn’t show up. What a disappointment.
