Free Tour Alicante Essentials

Have been on many free city tours,all have been extremely interesting,giving the history,about the local people.this for me was not good in anyway.the guide was not fluent,maybe a bit oit of her comfort zone.no group participation and no humor

We are sorry that you had difficulty understanding our partner, it should be noted that our mother tongue is not English, therefore, we are not as fluent as could be expected.

10.30 24th September 2023 - tour guide arrived late and admitted it was the first time taking an English tour. As such, English spoken was terrible, no one could understand and most of the group left after about 5 minutes. Absolutely terrible all round.

We are sorry that the tour was not to your liking, our colleagues strive every day to improve the quality of the tours so that they are enjoyed more and more. Punctuality is very important to us, but on many occasions it does not depend on our colleagues but on external factors. We apologize if this caused you a serious problem. As for language, it is very common that when more than one language is spoken, and the one being used is not the person's mother tongue, it can be somewhat complicated. For future visits, remember that you can ask the guide if you do not understand something and your doubts will be resolved correctly.
