It was a lousy tour for me. The guide barely talked to us unless asked a direct question. We walked through downtown and literally just walked the entire time barely interacting him way ahead of my husband and I. I cut the tour short. I did tip him anyway but it’s not something I would do again.
2h30 hours before the tour tour we were asked if we could do the tour in spanish even though we booked it in english. We said that we prefered the english tour - no one replied. After no one showed up at the meeting point after 10min of waiting, we called them. It took 20min more to find out that the tour only exists in spanish and that they left before the starting time. It felt like they were trying to find excuses for no one showimg up. Poor communication and waste of time - can not recommend.
