Free Tour London Essentials in 1.5 hours!

I am so so so sorry to tell this but it was by far the worst free walking tour that I've attened. And believe me I've attended many of them. It made me feel like the guru was not happy to be there. The questions were replied starting "I think...' made me think that he didn't have in depth information. I know people would like to take photos but that could've been done in their free times. We spend so much time waiting for others to take photo. That times for me was mostly waiting and waiting.

I understand that things happen, but then why ask us to not give notice last minute when it's not reciprocated.

First of all, thank you for booking with Free Walking Tour London. We are very sorry to hear about the experience you had with us. If the comment refers to the cancellation of the route due to the Remembrance Day celebration, we are deeply sorry about it. However, we would like to point out the fact that we could not facilitate neither the safety nor the feasibility of the tour. We were exploring all possible options until the last minute in order to try to provide the best possible service but it was impossible. Free Walking Tour London deeply regrets that the tour could not take place but we cannot agree with the content of this comment as it was beyond our control.

Quite a shame. I arrived at the destination and waited for around 45 minutes before giving up. They informed 2 hours later “ we are sorry, we had to cancel, thanks for understanding “ I do not understand at all why they couldn’t inform me upfront and not waste my time.
