Der Tourguides ist leider nach 15 Minuten nicht erschienen, ein andere Guide hat uns angeboten bei ihm die Tour zu machen, daher sind wir dort mitgelaufen

The guide was not at the meeting point at 10:00, there was another guide there that offered to join our tour so we joined theirs instead.

Very disappointed, we waited and our guide didn’t show up for us and another group. Another guide from 1-2 tours told us that the minimum number of people was not met so the tour couldn’t go ahead. A forewarning would have been polite instead of us getting up early and having no cancellation notice. I think it is poor customer service to not let those booked on know it is cancelled.
