Free tour: Prague Castle, Charles Bridge & St. Vitus Cathedral

Our tour guide sent us to buy tickets for the tram. We were there at 20 mins early. Our tour was supposed to start at 11:05. When we returned from buying our tram tickets at 11am she said she’ll cancel the tour because it was only 2 people. There were at least 4-5 people that showed up on time at 11:05 and she still cancelled it. Very disappointing especially after she had buy the tram tickets that is of no use now. And she made us join another group that was conveniently leaving when we were supposed to do this tour( no interest in what that other tour was ) night unprofessional! Save your time and book with another tour.

We made it to the meeting place, there were about3-4 same umbrellas, all pointing to a different guide. Eventually one said the English tour is canceled due to an accident. They cancelled the tour 3 minutes before the start. It was disappointing, but accidents happen

Pretty disappointing really, but had a great tour with a competitor later that day.
