Free sunset tour of Florence

This is the tour saying it is free but offends you if you are not able to pay.

Did someone offend you??? Or are you the one who feels guilty for the bad impression you made? You are the one who offended the guide by rating his work (at 40 degrees!) zero. Yet Guruwalk explains well what FREE TOUR means: Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 per person, depending on satisfaction with the tour). And you instead do not pay and even leave a 1-star review? Shame on you!

Sadly I think we had a new guide as he wasn’t clear in communication, too quiet, lacked interesting facts and history. Half the group left us very early on. I had a amazing tour the day before but sadly this is the complete opposite.

The guide did not show up and his colleagues and the co.pany claimed that "he had started the tour earlier ". Shortly before the start of the tour,l it started raining so I guess he went home.

Hi Gergana, unfortunately the storm last night created problems. The tour had to leave very punctually at 6pm and could not wait for those who delayed even a few minutes. I am very sorry and hope that this morning at 10.30am or tonight at 6pm you can join our tour. really sorry we couldn't wait for you last night

He didn't wait. I was on time at the meeting point just like i should be. Few hours earlier he assured me that the tour will take a place. He didn't even make an effort to contact me right before the tour. I'm very disappointed.
