The female tour guide had poor English and really it wasn’t much fun trying to understand her. I’ve done lots of other tours which were much better than this one so I’d say this tour isn’t worth wasting your time on. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name.

We understand that it couldn't satisfied your expectations because this is personal but we think that it is disproportionate to judge a guided tour with "one star" because there was historical data when this is the topic of the walking tour. And to compare with modern times we need first to give an introduction about the past of Palma. According to the duration of the stops, we are historians and it's true that sometimes we are very passioned to explain more details.
