Maybe we were unlucky with our guide this time, maybe he had a bad day but I wouldn’t recommend this tour with Chris.

Chris is our most experienced guide who has been working with us for years and this is his first 1-star review, 99% of his reviews so far have been 5 stars. In the additional feedback you have sent me, you criticized him for speaking slowly, asking questions, his sense of humour.... which are the things people have always been praising him for so we are a bit confused. Especially because you rated him with 1 star, which is the worst possible grade, and Chris has always been a role model for all the other guides in Prague. But as you say, maybe he really had a bad day (we are really sorry if this was the case), as he is just a human being and we apologize for not meeting your expectations.
