All yours got canceled I’m both Braga and Amarante Lousy service u guys have Very disappointed

After confirming the tour, the guru never showed up, never responded to my contact, never contacted me to explain the no show. I thought about rebooking the same tour for tomorrow, but not with the same guide. Very disappointed.

Disappointed that the booking was not confirmed and was informed until last minute. Very unusual to be fair. This was the 3rd time in 2 days across 2 different locations with this tour company.

I received an email confirming the walking tour in Braga with Minho. When we arrived she informed us that the English language tour was cancelled and I should have received notice…Sadly we received no notice and she apologized because the 11am tour was in Spanish. Very disappointing!

DECEPCIONANTE, resulta que Yo tenía que viajar de Coímbra a Santiago de Compostela. Oraganice el viaje en base a la hora del tour y por eso hice una reserva el día antes. Cual fue mi sorpresa ? Pues que al llegar solo estábamos una chica inglesa y yo, y nos pusieron entre la espada y la pared porque según ellos estos tour se basa en el intercambio de culturas y que al ser solo uno para cada lengua nos proponía otro plan, el plan era darnos un plano en los que aparecen los puntos de interés o que fuéramos mañana. Yo les comenté que no se preocuparan en darme esa información porque yo ya había paseado la ciudad que y que lo que quería era profundizar en su historia. SORPRESA DE NUEVO!! Me vuelven a comprometer y me dicen que entonces si quiero me hacen el tour para mi solo. Evidentemente no les iba hacer pasear conmigo solo, pero me decepcionó el trato y me sentí comprometido.
