On this day you were the only booking and we need a minimum of 4 people to run the tour. We always wait until 1.5h before the tour, to still allow for last minute bookings to come in, but also give people the chance to change their plans. However, from now on in these cases we will ask whether our guests would like to run he tour even if it’s just them and if yes, we will run it regardless of how many bookings there are. Again our apologies for the inconvenience and we hope you enjoyed your stay in Barcelona regardless.
