    We've shown up on time for the tour in English (had a confirmation in the email), but were informed there was a mistake on the website and no tour in English will be done, only in Spanish. So we had to leave

    I missed a tour with a different company and chose this one at the last minute. I'm so pleased I did! Miriam was a knowledgeable enthusiastic & lovely guide who encouraged questions.
