    Great tour with Shaw! Lots of helpful information, honest opinions, and good pacing (though a bit fast at times, so walk briskly!). There was a joke that he made that didn't land very well, so maybe take that one out?? But that didn't impact my overall experience. I'd definitely recommend Shaw!

    Tommy was the best tour guide I’ve had. He was very knowledgeable and funny and answered all of my questions! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to know about the culture and history of Hanoi. Ask for Tommy!!

    The tour was great! It was interesting. Tommy was very friendly, cheerful and able to reply any question we had.
