We showed up at the designated meeting point early and waited 15 min after the start time. We contacted Victor and he replied it was a mistake booking and Guru was supposed to stop bookings. (he had no plans to be there to meet us) Since Guru, notifies the customers as well as the tour guides by email of the booking, saying there was a mistake in booking didn't sound accurate. As there were only 2 of us, we felt it was a case of the guide not wanting to do the tour. If this is truly an issue between the tour guide and Guru, that's one thing, but we were left without any word that this had happened. While Victor gave us a name of another guide, we chose not to contact him as it seemed too late and we were already disappointed with the whole thing
