Everywhere I visit, I always make a point to do a walking tour to get the lay of the land as a starting point for further exploration. We had a late start as a couple of other participants kept calling and asking for directions so we were delayed for a good long while. Initial management of questions could have been improved as we literally moved 50m for the first 45min. While I appreciate that all questions were acknowledged, it would have been better if we continued to walk and talk. After the slow start, the rest of the tour went much better. Santiago was informative and shared insights about history, culture, language, architecture, etc. Overall the tour met expectations and it was an enjoyable experience.

If you’re looking for a guided tour in Buenos Aires that goes beyond the usual tourist stops, I highly recommend this one! While we didn’t visit a large number of places, the real gem was our guide.
