Erni was very professional and easy to converse with. She was engaging and answered all questions asked. We quite enjoyed our time with her and suspect all others will too.

Jakarta is not a place i would recommend to come visit. There are few things to see here and much of the city is dirty and run down. However Erni is lovely and speaks fluent English. Her knowledge was ok but she couldn't answer more complex questions about Jakarta.
