She gave lots of information and is useful to tourists who is visiting Florence for the first time. The group was too big and she has to split us into two separate groups. Otherwise we manage to hear her even though Florence was packed with thousand of tourists!!!!

Ciao Ruby, I am sorry the tour has not fully satisfied you. We had many people but we have provided you with the head sets which is something not all the free tours companies do.
