Helen provided excellent information. She is very knowledgeable. I was surprised that our “free” half day tour was combined with guests taking a full day paid ( lunch) tour. That seemed a bit unusual to me. Overall a good tour with good information. Perhaps a bit too much free time to explore the former prison and PMQ locations.
