Ravinder was welcoming and kind and his route through the blue city was nice. The tour was longer than needed but that was mostly due to the fact that the tour ended at a textile shop where we sat for an hour long presentation about all of the textiles they supposedly create for companies around the world. It would have been nice to know in advance that this is what was about to happen as it was uncomfortable to leave once we had already been seated and the presentation started. Ravinder is a very friendly guide with some great tidbits about the city. This is not a historical tour. I'd skip the textile part but experience the rest of the city with Ravinder as a guide.

Ravrinda was a welcoming host. His tour was informative and he took us to a few hidden gems. However, he walked at lightening speed so we didn't get to truly appreciate our surroundings. He took us to a few street food spots which we paid additional to for so be sure to have smaller notes. At the end of the tour he also rushed off as he had another booking.

We enjoyed the tour although at times it felt rushed. Ravi was on the phone a great deal. Walking through the narrow streets was interesting but the second part felt a little 'sales-like' - instead of the bazaar we walked very quickly to a shop and had 20 minutes with the salesman... Next was meant to be spice market but again 1 spice shop with the owner trying to sell us spice. We take many Guru Walks and this is the first where the selling has been so obvious. Reading the reviews we almost wonder if there are two tours... the fun one and the sales one? Rave was very nice and we don't like to leave poor reviews but this wasn't the best Guru Walk we've had.
