Too many people on the tour really but it was ok. Christine didn't seem interested in giving tips on places to eat in the city but was friendly enough throughout the tour.

I am very sorry that the tour didn't fullfill your expectations and that you felt uncomfortable with the size of the group. The tour ended in a square where you could find a lot of nice and typical restaurants and bars, as I mentioned. I am sorry that you didn't ask me for specific tips regarding the restaurants.

You'll get some of the basic historical information about the Florence, but there is a big lack of putting those information into a context. I was missing a proper introduction about Florence in general and also a certain in-depth knowledge. Further charismatic features of engaging and motivating the group were missing. I don't want to be too harsh with my review but I've been participating at a lot of freewalking tours all over Europe and this was definitely one of the weakest.
