Unfortunately, the tour (guide) didn't meet the expectations at all. Mumbai itself is still such an interesting city to explore!!! - not enough or even wrong information - didn't take care of the group in the cowds - we didn't visit all mentioned stops - guide spoke to a few group members, instead of to the whole group - guide should be more aware of the challenges of the city regarding a tourist group: noise, crowds, chaotic streets

The tour lasted 2h instead of 2:30. The starting time got changed after the booking. We mainly walk and Just have a bit of explanation, not enough for understanding the city or the monuments. We skipped some of the monuments that we should have seen. At the end of the tour, we had to write our names and the amount of money that we gave. I did several tours and this Is the first it happened. It was weird.
