I am very sorry sir. I believe now that you have visited the city you have seen for yourself that while we were inside the old city the mobile signal and also the internet did not work well anywhere except in some areas. And I did not know about your reservation until it was very late. I could not keep you up to date. Because you booked late.

+ small size of group + guide is ok when we stop to buy juice/water + visited most interesting and popular streets in Medina - No stops to sit for 3 hours - No info about modern life in Fez - Quite boring info about old Fez (this building is X years old…) - A bit strong accent of guide with fast speaking - hard to listen and understand - guide wasn’t able to answer to some simple questions about some strange things in city we’ve met, so i didn’t really feel he lives here whole life :(

I am very grateful to you, Madam, for your transparency, as you said, we spent 3 hours without stopping,just to visit and cover only the main features of the city. And to realize how credible we are, we didn't waste your time in shops, that's the point that many people complain about (just water and juice). And don't forget that it's an evening visit, not a night visit. After 7 o'clock, the city center begins to close. Fez is my city that cherished its history and civilization and im very proud to be one of its sons. This affiliation that makes me stand in front of all its features and in every corner trying to give even an idea about the place. If you weren't interested, others were entertained and reactive. Their questions were logical and objective. Provocative questions are best answered, sometimes ignored. On the other hand, you could have withdrawn anytime and whenever you wanted, I wasn't dragging you behind me.
