Very disappointing tours about recent history of this city. The guide didn’t have the skills to edit his information, neither the knowledge of places which were important during the occupation by the Nazis. And kept on talking about him self without any relevancy to the subject of the tour.
Risposta dal GuruMariano, thanks for your review. We honestly try to be very open to critique, but your review is very saddening to our guide, that is one of the best ones in town for WW2 history. He is one of the very few guides who does his own research, as this is not our job to do, it is amazing. You might have expected some scholar or history lesson, otherwise I am unable to understand your arguments. We follow modern trends and asking questions, to get people involved and mentioning popular things such as movies that are relevant, makes a difficult topic easier to understand and to remember. I would like to remind you that you joined a tip-based walking tour, which is setup for people of different ages and background and we always try to make it interesting for the group. I would sincerely like to ask you to look into private tours that focus on a single subject in the future, where the guide is actually a historian or a scholar and you can have him/her just for yourself.
